Our Free State Province concession is 13 000 hectares (32 000 Acres) in size and is one of the largest privately owned game reserves in the province.
The area is made up of multiple field types namely savannah, rivers, valleys, mountains and open plains.
The reserve is situated on the banks of the Van Der Kloof dam which is the second largest dam in South Africa. This area is diverse and carries multiple species of game.
The area makes for challenging hunting with stunning views and scenery. Signature species in this area are Buffalo, Black Wildebeest, Springbok and Hartman’s Zebra, however, most plains game species can be found here.
Our hunting camp on the reserve is very special as it was built in the late 1800s and was used as a hunting camp by the locals during the winter months. The camp has all the necessities and is luxurious enough for the discerning hunter. The area is Malaria free.
This area is a three hour drive from the closest commercial airport, which is Bloemfontein (Bram Fischer), and we suggest that hunters visiting this area fly from Johannesburg (or Thambo) to Bloemfontein and depart from Bloemfontein back to Johannesburg, and from there onward home.
The North West hunting area is situated 200 Kilometers, two hours drive, from the nearest airport. Namely Sishen Airport in Kathu. Clients are reminded to book flights accordingly.
Our area is 10 000 hectares (25 000 Acres) in size and consists of typical Kalahari-type veld. With its huge camelthorn trees and red dune-like sandy soils, this area requires a mild fitness level to hunt.
Signature species to be found on this concession are Lions, Buffalo, Gemsbucks, Baboons and Springbok, to name a few.
Our Limpopo concession, in the Baobab nature reserve , is a one and a half hour drive from the Kruger National Park and 40 Kilometers from the Zimbabwe Border. The nearest town is Musina and clients are advised to fly to Polokwane Airport which is a 2 hour drive from the area.
The area is 12 500 hectares (31 000 Acres) in size and offers a wide range of diversity and species that are available for hunting.
We offer thirty-five diverse species including Elephant, Buffalo, Hippo and Crocodile, as well as the elusive Sharpe’s Grysbok, all being dependent on permit availability.
This region is well known for its high Warthog population.
The regions fitness level can be classified as moderate to high, depending on the area.
We have two types of accommodation for this area, being a 3-Star bush camp as well as a 4-Star lodge.
Wifi, 220 Volt electricity and all the necessary luxuries that clients may require are available.
